    Fall Endurance Add some variety to your list of sport accomplishments through the Fall Endurance program. Let your child experience the excitement of running while realizing their physical and mental potential. This five-part endurance program, designed and led by RHHS’s USATF certified & 13x USA Today Cross-Country Coach of the Year, Levi Sybert, brings focus to endurance running and the sport of cross country in a fun and interactive way. Participants will meet at Richmond Hill High School’s Track Complex where they will be paired up with students of similar ability to prepare for a culminating run on the RHHS Cross Country race on the final day. Our goal is that each child will experience firsthand how to find fun and thrill in an activity they can do anywhere at any time. Open to grades K-5. No transport available for this class.

    Zumba: Shake it Off & Sweat it Out

    Shake it Off & Sweat it Out is a basic Zumba class with Latin and international rhythms. Dance to salsa, hip hop, cumbia, reggaeton, and soca beats. Every class is fun, energetic, and feels like a party! This class is designed with medium intensity for all fitness levels. Expect a total body workout that includes cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. This is dance fitness, so dress accordingly. Bring a towel, water bottle, and a smile! This class is offered to adults 18+.
