Wearable Art

In this fun and creative class, students will explore the world of wearable art by designing and decorating their own accessories. Projects will include decorating hats and bandanas, designing buttons and necklaces, and even creating clothing from recycled materials. Come join our Style Squad! Open to grades 2-5.

*Note: No transport provided for this class for students not enrolled in RHES or Carver ASP. Students must be dropped off and picked up by parents.

Bridget Josefik

Instructor

I have been teaching art for over 20 years in a variety of settings. Currently, I teach art at Dr. George Washington Carver Elementary School, where I enjoy helping students explore creativity through hands-on projects. Outside of the classroom, I love working with pottery and sculpture. I am married, with children who recently graduated from Richmond Hill High School and are now attending college. Our family also includes two dogs who keep us entertained.
