This is the mandatory registration form and $25 fee for Summer Camp 2026. It is an annual fee and process to be completed as the first step in enrolling in Community Education's Summer Camp 2026.
Great course for first-time drivers. Includes 30 hours of classroom or virtual instruction and six hours behind the wheel. Must have learners permit.
Art in Science
Blast off into a world where science and art collide! In this hands‑on STEAM adventure, students will explore everything from galaxies of solutions and chemical reactions on the moon to center‑of‑gravity mobiles and force‑and‑motion spin art. They’ll also dive into the wonders of semi‑permeable plant cells and create vibrant chromatography butterflies. Each activity turns real scientific phenomena into eye‑catching artistic creations, giving learners the chance to experiment, imagine, and discover in unforgettable ways. This class is perfect for curious minds who love to build, explore, and express themselves.
I am Jessica Newton-Bishop and I have been teaching in the Bryan County School System for 7 years as a 7th Grade Science Teacher. I am passionate about science and art and I look forward to fusing these interests in this Art in Science S.T.E.A.M. program.
