Cheer with Character and Confidence
In “Cheer with Character and Confidence,” 3rd–5th grade students will learn the basics of cheerleading including chants, motions, jumps, and beginner routines while also building life skills that matter on and off the mat. Each week pairs fun cheer activities with a character focus, like teamwork, confidence, leadership, and perseverance. By the end of the six weeks, students will not only gain cheer skills but also strengthen friendships, practice encouragement, and grow in responsibility all while having fun in a positive, team-spirited environment.
I am excited to continue sharing my passion for cheerleading as the Richmond Hill Middle School Cheer Coach since 2017. With a background as a four-year collegiate cheerleader at Valdosta State University, I had the incredible opportunity to compete at the highest level, earning two National Championships—one with the All-Girl team and another with the Co-Ed team.
Beyond coaching, I serve as the academic counselor at RHMS, where I support students in reaching their full potential both in and out of the classroom. My goal as a coach is to build strong, confident athletes who embody teamwork, discipline, and school spirit. I take pride in fostering a positive environment where cheerleaders develop skills, leadership, and lifelong friendships.
