This is the mandatory registration form and $25 fee for Summer Camp 2025. It is an annual fee and process to be completed as the first step in enrolling in Community Education's Summer Camp 2025.
Great course for first-time drivers. Includes 30 hours of classroom or virtual instruction and six hours behind the wheel. Must have learners permit.
Embark on a week of outdoor adventure where campers will explore nature through exciting activities like archery, kayaking, fishing, and hiking! Designed for elementary-aged explorers, this hands-on program teaches outdoor skills, teamwork, and a love for the great outdoors. Campers will build confidence, make new friends, and create lasting memories in the wild!
Open to grades 4-8. No transport is available for this camp. No before or after care is available for this camp.
Dustin Barnwell has been an educator at Richmond Hill Middle School for 11 years. He has taught Social Studies, Science Enrichment, PE, and Outdoor Education. Coach Barnwell is also the coach of the RHMS Boys Soccer team and has helped coach several other sports as well. Mr. Barnwell lives in Richmond Hill with his wife Jenna and three kids. Growing up in the Savannah area, Mr. Barnwell has always loved the outdoors, exploration, and athletics and always looks for adventures wherever they can be found.
Coach Shank is the P.E. teacher at Frances Meeks Elementary School with a master’s degree in kinesiology from Georgia Southern. He has been at teacher for 12 years and a coach of basketball, baseball, and football at RHMS. He lives in Richmond Hill with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys all types of outdoor activities, travel, and going to the beach with family and friends.
